Operation Instructions:
- Download and install “icsee” from IOS app store or Android app store or scan the QR code below to get APP information
- Open the app to choose the login, select to add device and input wifi router password, then confirm.
- After heard a camera voice “connect successfully”, to “set pwd”, and enter to “pick a name”
- Click"save" to enter a video preview.
- You have to restore factory settings if more than 5 minutes you couldn’t connect your phone with camera
If you cannot connect the camera to the network, below reasons might cause to the problem:
- This is wireless IP camera, if camera is too far from the router, the WIFI signal will be reduced by walls, and weak wifi signal might cause unstable connection to the internet.
- Slow network can adversely impact performance. The network status of the smart phone can also affect the speed of connection.
- The camera only work with 2 4GHz wifi, NOT support 5GHz and ethernet port.
NOTE:
- security camera is not battery powered, Come with power adapter
- Insert the SD card before power on, otherwise maybe the SD card cannot be identified by the system
- If you want to see playback video, you can insert a SD card, which supports max to 128G
- home security camera need wifi, or you can not watch live video

If you cannot install the camera, pls press the ”reset” button for 5 second, Restore factory settings, then repeat again
